Clients bear the full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information they provide for inclusion on the international health certificate and related paperwork Please be advised that Brittmoore Animal Hospital's responsibility is strictly limited to the issuance of international health certificates and the accurate recording of information therein, including any required in-clinic medical tests and administration of necessary medications.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all other documentation mandated for international animal travel. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining any required import permits, fulfilling destination country-specific regulations beyond the health certificate, and adhering to airline or other transportation requirements.

Brittmoore Animal Hospital assumes no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided by the client, nor for a client's failure to secure all necessary travel documents beyond the provided international health certificate.
